Be Li Tailor produces wholesale and bulk tailoring orders for hotels, resorts, corporate clients, boutique fashion buyers, schools, and event companies across Southeast Asia and beyond. Every wholesale order is made in-house at our Hoi An studio — the same hands, the same standards, whether we're producing twenty pieces or two hundred.
Our wholesale capability covers the full range of tailored garments: hotel and resort uniforms, corporate suiting with branded linings and detailing, boutique fashion lines to a buyer's design specifications, coordinated wedding party runs, school uniforms, and performance costumes for theatre and events. We work from technical packs, design files, or physical samples — and our pattern team can develop new patterns from sketch if needed.
Vietnam's tailoring industry is one of the most capable in the world, and Hoi An sits at its craft end. Unlike factory production, our wholesale orders benefit from the same artisan oversight as our bespoke pieces. Every garment is inspected before it leaves the studio. Minimum order quantities are kept low — from 8 pieces for wedding parties — to make wholesale accessible to smaller buyers and event operators.
Wholesale Tailoring from Hoi An — Production Details
Turnaround for wholesale orders depends on volume and complexity. Runs of 20–50 pieces are typically completed in 2–3 weeks. Larger orders of 100–500 pieces require 4–8 weeks. We provide a firm production schedule at the time of order, with progress updates throughout. Shipping is available worldwide — we work with trusted freight forwarders for bulk consignments and standard couriers for smaller runs.
For returning wholesale clients, we keep patterns and specifications on file, making repeat orders straightforward and consistent.
